Here are five tips to help you make the most of your day!

1. Assign a day and time to each item on your to do list.

2. Go paperless - Integrate your calendar, email, and to do list.

3. Assign priority to each day's to do list items.
Hint: Every item is not a high-priority item.

4. Complete high priority tasks when you are most productive.

5. Go off the grid.
The world won't end if you don't respond immediately to every email and take every phone call.  Make calendar appointments to respond to emails and voicemail messages instead.
